Why Choose Us for Your Personal Injury Claim?

We offer combined legal experience of more than 55 years. We are both skilled litigators who began our careers as prosecutors. When it is necessary to go to trial, we have the ability to present a compelling, well-structured case. We can aggressively pursue compensation for you.

Personal injury claims require medical knowledge, so we have doctors and nurses on our staff. They review each case and discuss your medical issues with you. They also help us find medical experts from across the country who can provide testimony about your medical condition. We also have substantial experience with cases of medical malpractice.

Personal injury cases are handled on a contingency fee basis, so you pay no fees if we do not recover damages for you.

We Also Handle Complex Criminal Defense Cases

Attorneys Ed Ellis and Tommy Staples provide criminal defense for a range of offenses, including DUI, white-collar crimes, sex crimes and homicide. They have defended clients in state and federal court.

Family Law and Estate Planning Assistance

We can also help you with family law matters such as divorce and child custody (time sharing). If you’re planning for the future or dealing with the loss of a family member, come to Staples, Ellis + Associates, P.A., for wills, estate planning and probate issues.
