The attorneys at Staples, Ellis + Associates, P.A., are highly trained and experienced in criminal defense, medical malpractice, family law, probate and estate, wrongful death, car accident injury, personal injury, and nursing home neglect. Located in Pensacola Florida, our law firm provides a tradition of honest, aggressive and effective representation. Our two attorneys have over 47 years of combined experience.
Our attorneys provide professional legal services and trial advocacy to private clients throughout Pensacola and the northwest Florida area. We also provide prepaid legal service plans for eight credit unions in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties.
Thomas Craft Staples
Staples, Ellis + Associates was originally founded in 1973 by attorney Tom Staples. His main areas of practice include Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Litigation.
Mr. Staples attended Tulane University where he received his B. A. in Arts and Sciences (1968) and his Jurist Doctorate (1973). He was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega and Phi Delta Phi Fraternities.
He has one published work, "Obstetrics, Gynecology and Florida Law", April, 1996.
